School Context
Kangarilla is a relatively dispersed community, which supports a school of approximately 45 students from Reception to Year 7.
At Kangarilla we have the "best of both worlds" enjoying a rural setting which is within easy reach of the facilities and opportunities available in the city and suburbs.
Relationships between students and staff at Kangarilla Primary School are extremely positive and based on mutual respect.
Our parents value our school's small size, the strong sense of community, older and younger children working and playing together, an approachable and caring staff and the developing facilities. We have a comprehensive curriculum focussing on Literacy, Numeracy, ICT and Early Intervention and a strong emphasis on environmental education, P.E., Pastoral Care and music.
Students at Kangarilla perform well in National Literacy and Numeracy Tests.
Kangarilla Primary School has onsite before and after school care while a Vacation Care program runs during the school holidays.
At Kangarilla Primary School you will find an ideal setting where quality teaching and learning take place.
